The demo processes inventory files locally in your browser for calculations. A draft is saved after import or currency selection, expires after 7 days and is removed on its next read; you can clear it earlier. The contact form needs email for a reply; name and business details are optional. We store the inquiry, language, page path, handling status and acknowledged notice version. Providing data is voluntary; without email we cannot reply. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and providers
Windows keeps its primary data locally. Deliberate phone pairing synchronizes inventory, orders, activity and selected photos to the cloud; disconnecting does not erase the cloud copy. The phone stores an offline cache and action queue. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, storage and security; Google Apps Script and Gmail support inquiry confirmations and replies. Processing may occur outside Israel. Network providers receive IP addresses and request metadata for operation and security.
Measurement and retention
Only after measurement consent do we send random identifiers, event type, language, public page path, device category, country, referring source and campaign labels. Inventory contents and contact-form details are not measurement fields. Periodic cleanup removes measurement events older than 90 days and consent records 90 days after their last use. Inquiries outside an active pilot become due for review after 365 days without an update. They and their notification and acknowledgement records are deleted from the website database only after an explicit review confirms no contractual or legal need to keep them. An update after review requires a new review. Active pilots and synchronized data are retained for service; closure/deletion requests are handled manually. Email correspondence, backups and legally required records need separate handling.
Your rights and choices
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection under applicable law. We ask only for identification needed to handle the request; do not send identity documents in the form. Withdraw measurement permission in privacy settings. This stops future measurement but does not automatically erase records already sent. You may contact the relevant privacy authority. Processing inquiries and providing service is distinct from optional measurement consent. The site code does not sell data or use it for targeted advertising.
