The next step
For businesses ready to turn a one-off recommendation into an operating process, BuyPlan is available as a local Windows pilot with a database, history and full execution tools.
The primary database stays on the customer’s computer. Only after the phone is deliberately paired is an operational copy synchronized to protected cloud storage; it can be disconnected at any time.
BuyPlan Mobile
Open a purchase order, scan an item, receive full or partial quantities, photograph damage and update stock counts. Everything is logged and synchronized with BuyPlan for Windows.

Not another rigid tool
We work with you directly, learn how the business operates and define the fit before installation. The goal is to adapt BuyPlan to your workflow — not the other way around.
Column mapping, field names, sheets and ERP exports already used by the business.
MOQ, case packs, lead times, safety stock, budgets and exceptions by supplier or item.
Order templates, management reports, supplier files and role-specific views.
We review fit together, define the pilot and improve it through real use and direct feedback.
Special adaptations and integrations will be scoped and priced in advance, so expectations and costs stay clear.
Questions about all three versions
No. The demo shows the planning logic and basic export. Desktop manages the full database and planning, while mobile supports floor operations: receipts, stock counts, discrepancies and alerts.
The primary history stays in a local desktop database. After mobile pairing, operational events synchronize through protected cloud storage and return to the computer. The demo stores only a temporary browser draft.
File formats, planning rules, reports, order templates and workflows can be adapted. Before installation, we define what is included and what requires additional development.
Yes. Download the Windows installer now and start a full 14-day trial, with no credit card or automatic charge.
No. It is a transparent starting point. Review the reason, adjust quantities and approve every decision before execution.
A pilot without a sales call
Tell us briefly about your operation and main challenge. We will reply by email with a simple way to test it — no commitment, credit card or phone call required.
Your inventory file is not attached to this form. In the demo it is processed locally and stays on your device.
A gradual path
Download the Windows application, test it for 14 days with your own data, and only then decide whether to continue. No credit card is required.
