BuyPlan is a decision-support tool. Review every recommendation against your data, suppliers and business judgment before placing an order.
Using the website demo
The demo illustrates purchase planning based on stock, sales, budget, lead time, MOQ and case-pack constraints. It is not a complete operating system, and features may change or experience temporary errors or interruptions.
Desktop pilot and payment
The Windows application is available as a self-service download with a 14-day trial, no credit card and no automatic charge. The displayed price is a starting price after the trial. Special adaptations and payment begin only after scope definition and explicit agreement.
Mobile operations
The app can record receipts, counts and status updates while offline. Users are responsible for confirming that actions have synchronized before relying on updated stock or closing a task, and for ensuring connected users have appropriate business authorization.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for file accuracy, units and prices, quantity approval and the final decision. Results are not accounting or financial advice and do not guarantee savings or profit.
Availability, adaptations and changes
Demo and pilot capabilities may change to improve accuracy, security and usability. Special adaptations and integrations will be scoped and priced in advance. Material changes to payment or data handling will be shown before they take effect.
