The website has no active checkout or automatically renewing subscription. You do not need to cancel the trial to prevent a charge. You may stop using the demo or trial; back up data before uninstalling. There is no payment to refund for an unpaid trial.
Separately agreed paid services
For cancellation or refund requests, contact support with your contact email and order reference, if any, never card details. The agreement, service type, customer location and applicable law must be considered. This is neither an unlimited refund promise nor a blanket denial of withdrawal rights. Before enabling sales, full operator details, pricing/renewal terms, cancellation channels and digital-content rights must be finalized. Mandatory law prevails.
